- We will ship your Custom In-Ear Monitors back to 1964 Ears for you free of charge if you need warranty support.

Warranty coverage for all 1964 Ears products in Singapore purchased from authorised dealers or directly through 1964 Ears is provided.

- 1964 Ears products not purchased from 1964 Ears website or Music Sanctuary from 1st June 2014 will not be serviced.

Our 1964 Ears V8, V6-Stage, Qi, V3 and V2 models are covered from material defects or workmanship issues in either the external shell or internal components for a period of two years from the original shipping date.

2-year warranty is applicable to orders after January 1, 2014. Previous orders are covered under the 1-year warranty.

 

We will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

Warranty does not cover damages caused by the following:

  1. Physical or hardware damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, excessive volume, shock, negligence, acts of God, misapplication or any non-company product
  2. Damage caused by service performed by any unauthorized 3rd party company or person
  3. Product or part that has been modified or altered without the written permission of the company.
  4. Any defect that is attributable to any failure or damage, which is beyond the reasonable control of the company

Cables are guaranteed not to be dead on arrival, but are not covered under warranty. If you have a cable failure, please visit the store to order a replacement cable.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.





 

For EarWerkz Custom In-Ear Monitor Products

Warranty coverage for all EarWerkz products in Singapore purchased from authorised dealers or directly through EarWerkz is provided.

- Warranty coverage for all EarWerkz Supra 2 obtained through their kickstarter campaign is provided by Music Sanctuary.

All EarWerkz In-Ear Monitors are covered, parts and labor, under our limited warranty for 1 year from the original date of shipment. This warranty applies to the external shell and all of the internal components from material defects and workmanship.

The EarWerkz Limited Warranty Doesn't Cover the Following:

Damage or breakage due to use contrary to EarWerkz instruction, ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, accident, negligence, unauthorized repair, acts of God, or modification of, or to any part of the EarWerkz product.
Product damage caused by service performed by anyone other than EarWerkz
Alternate modification, internally and externally, without written consent or permission from EarWerkz.
Cables are guaranteed from defects for 30 days from the original shipping date. Warranty does not cover physical or hardware damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence or unauthorized third party service. EarWerkz will replace the product at discretion.

EarWerkz Products can be sent it for repairs if deemed necessary. Estimates are available upon request. If you need to return your EarWerkz Product for warranty service or repair please fill out the form below and our support department will respond as soon as possible.

 

For M-Fidelity Products

All international sales are considered final upon final order agreement and when payment is received. Our products are sold with a 2 year limited warranty. The warranty covers technical and functional production errors from the time of delivery. Damages from regular use, e.g. cable breakage, wax or moisture damage, blown speakers etc., are not covered by the warranty.

Custom made in-ear monitors and hands-free kits are sold with a 1 month warranty on fit. Be aware that we might reject or demand new and/or better ear impressions if we consider the ones received not proper for further processing. This can be due to voids, improper fill, too short canal or similar shortcomings in the impression material.

Make sure to use a bite block when you get the ear impressions taken. The impressions should be long enough to include the second bend, and fill the complete outer ear. On the outside the material should fill enough of the outer ear to leave a flat or a convex surface, without voids.

For Rhines Custom Monitors Products

For DHC products:

- 90 days non-accidental malfunction warranty (starts from date you receive cables)
- Lifetime repair coverage (raw material, parts and shipping cost to be borne by customer)
- Wear and tear, be it normal or extreme cases are not covered

WARRANTY - The Symbiote IEM cable has a special limited lifetime warranty. It is covered against any non-accidental malfunctions for 90 days after arrival - just ship us the cable and we will cover labor, parts, and shipping from us back to you.

This covers any possible manufacturing defects inherent to the cable and lets you make sure it is in good working order.

After that, it is on you to take good care of the IEM cable, as in our experience IEM cables have a harder life than our other cables - like the stock cable or any other it can wear out if it is abused, but it can last a very long time if treated with care.

The Symbiote has lifetime coverage of labor for repairs - simply cover the raw materials cost of parts and all shipping charges - if the cable needs to be repaired after that.

This is much less than the cost of a new cable if you manage to completely wear out a Symbiote cable, but we will not be responsible for normal wear & tear.
